Fido, one of Canada's leading mobile providers, wanted to raise awareness for its "5 Extra Hours of Data" feature and reach non-Fido customers and comparison shoppers. The brand turned to TikTok for Business, using the platform’s awareness-focused formats to showcase the new offering and drive engagement.

TikTok for Business ran a Branded Hashtag Challenge with creator partnerships and supported the campaign with In-Feed Ads, encouraging users to show how they'd spend five extra hours of unlimited data. The campaign delivered 116.7 million hashtag challenge video views, 205,700 video creations, a sustained In-Feed reach of 3.6 million with a 15.8% CTR, and measured lifts of 13.9% in awareness and 16.5% in ad recall.
