Dear Me Beauty, an Indonesian beauty brand founded in 2017, wanted to boost sales and brand awareness after seeing strong performance from global beauty brands on TikTok. The company partnered with TikTok for Business and used TikTok advertising to reach new audiences beyond its traditional big-city customer base.

TikTok for Business launched an In-Feed Ads campaign for Dear Me Beauty during Indonesia’s Harbolnas 12.12 shopping event, supported by creator-made TikTok-style videos and engaging organic content on the brand’s Business Account. The campaign reached more than 7.2 million users, drove a 60% sales increase, generated 92,000 profile visits, and grew TikTok followers by over 60,000 in 16 days, with a 56% 2-second view-through rate.
