How Clean & Clear Drive brand awareness and ad recall amongst teens for new limited-edition bottles in India

Clean & Clear worked with TikTok for Business to drive brand awareness and ad recall among female teens in India for its new limited-edition “My Swag” face wash bottles. The challenge was to refresh advertising for the launch and encourage teens to engage with the brand by expressing their personalities.

TikTok for Business launched a Branded Hashtag Challenge, #UnbottleApnaSwag, featuring five bottle designs, five rap songs, and five top female influencers to inspire participation. The campaign generated more than 1.96 billion video views, 172 million likes/comments/shares, and 2.62 million user-generated videos, while Clean & Clear’s official account gained over 10.4K followers; it also delivered a 9% lift in purchase intention and 100.9 lift in message association.
