Etude House, a Korean cosmetics brand in Thailand, wanted to stay relevant as online shopping accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic and consumers increasingly discovered beauty products through social media. To support the launch of its Disney Tsum Tsum collection and create more virtual touchpoints for shoppers, Etude House turned to TikTok for Business, using its advertising platform to reach new and existing customers more effectively.

TikTok for Business helped Etude House run an Auction Ads campaign through TikTok Ads Manager, using tailored vertical video creative, a 20-second format, sound-on assets, and Traffic Objectives targeted at female users aged 13 to 34. The campaign delivered strong performance, generating 40% lower cost per click, an 18% higher click-through rate, and nearly 9x more traffic to Etude House’s e-commerce platform.
