Helping Spanish mobile network Telefónica reach a new audience at Christmas

Telefónica, a Spanish telecommunications company, wanted to reach a new audience in Spain with a native-feel Christmas campaign ahead of the festive period in 2021. Working with TikTok for Business and its media agency Havas Spain, the brand aimed to introduce Telefónica’s values to a broader audience through TikTok advertising.

TikTok for Business delivered a multi-format campaign using a TopView 50% Ad, One Day Max In-Feed Ads, and Spark Ads to amplify authentic, trend-led creative. The campaign generated more than 32 million impressions, a 4% CTR on the TopView ad, and a 5.20-second average watch time, showing strong engagement and helping Telefónica see the value of adapting creative to the TikTok platform.
