TikTok for Business worked with M&S to promote its Valentine’s Dine In offer to a UK audience. M&S wanted to spread awareness of its at-home dining promotion with a campaign that felt bespoke to TikTok and connected with people celebrating Valentine’s Day at home.

TikTok for Business used popular UK creators to produce three 18+ videos for TopView and In-Feed Brand Premium Ads, featuring M&S’s familiar “this is not just” style and a “Learn more” call to action. The campaign ran from February 10-14 and delivered more than 18.5 million impressions, an average watch time of over 4 seconds, and a 15%+ click-through rate that drove thousands of users to the M&S website.
