Fantastic Furniture, one of Australia’s best-value furniture and bedding retailers, wanted to reach a more engaged audience on TikTok and drive traffic to its site. Working with TikTok for Business, the brand tested which ad style would resonate best with homeowners, renters, and furniture enthusiasts by comparing creator-led content against repurposed TVC ads.

TikTok for Business helped Fantastic Furniture use the Creator Marketplace and TikTok Marketing Partner Incubeta to produce four bespoke, organic-feeling video variations featuring creators @brookestyless and @georgieandzac. The TikTok-style creatives outperformed the repurposed TVC, delivering an 8% stronger CTR, 10% better CPC, and a 108% increase in VTR, showing that custom content was more effective for the platform.
