McDonald's worked with TikTok for Business to generate buzz for a hiring campaign in Italy and reach a new audience likely to apply. The goal was to collect as many CVs as possible by creating engaging ads that would resonate with the TikTok community.

TikTok for Business ran an In-Feed Ad campaign through TikTok Ads Manager, using three creative assets tailored to the audience, including student-focused content and a spot featuring a well-known Italian actor. The campaign delivered more than 24 million impressions and over 153,000 clicks, showing strong engagement and awareness for McDonald's hiring effort in Italy.
