TikTok for Business worked with Mango, the global Spanish fashion brand, which wanted to boost sales efficiency while lowering acquisition costs and reducing the operational complexity of managing campaigns. Mango needed to improve ROAS and CPA across its TikTok marketing, and explored Smart+ as a way to streamline performance advertising.

TikTok for Business implemented a Smart+ Catalog campaign, ran a Conversion Lift Study, and added a Creator Package with eight creator-made videos to diversify creative and reduce fatigue. The results were strong: ROAS increased by 57% and CPA fell by 35% versus manual Product Sales campaigns, while the lift study showed 11.9% relative lift in Complete Payment and the creator-led creative approach improved CPA by 13% and ROAS by 10%.
