OKXE Vietnam is a Vietnamese e-commerce marketplace for new and second-hand motorbikes that launched a mobile app in 2020 and needed to attract more users and increase app downloads. After local policy changes in September 2020 made running ads unstable, OKXE partnered with TikTok for Business, using TikTok Ads Manager and In-Feed Ads to reach potential users.
TikTok for Business implemented In-Feed Ads targeting 18–44 year olds and provided Creative Tools to produce engaging video ads with images and sound, reducing production time and cost. The campaign delivered strong results: an 18% conversion rate, a 46% view-through rate, and an average viewing time of 3.1 seconds of an 8-second ad, helping OKXE drive qualified downloads, improve market ranking, and achieve high ROI.
