PetSmart partnered with TikTok for Business to reach pet lovers across TikTok as part of a broader media campaign promoting its “Anything for Pets” message and #AnythingForPets hashtag. The challenge was to authentically connect with a large audience of pet owners and fans in a way that would build awareness and engagement.

TikTok for Business worked with PetSmart’s Creator Managed Service team to identify creators such as @dontstopmeowing and @ilolathehusky, then amplified their native videos with Spark Ads using the Reach & Frequency objective and broad targeting. The campaign generated 37 million impressions, delivered 9.4x higher video completion rate and 2.6x higher average watch time versus TikTok benchmarks, and surpassed all of TikTok’s video benchmarks by at least 2.5x.
