Using TikTok for Business post-purchase surveys, Snocks found that many customers discovered the brand on TikTok, indicating stronger performance than click-based models suggested. A TikTok test also showed an immediate lift in revenue, helping Snocks confidently scale spend for Black Friday; the brand reported that its post-purchase survey ROAS for TikTok was more than four times higher than its click-based ROAS.
