Driving both performance and branding results for ZALORA

ZALORA, a major fashion e-commerce platform in Asia, wanted to reach untapped trend-setter audiences and drive awareness and new app installs around its ZALORA Fashion Festival. To do this it partnered with TikTok for Business and needed a campaign that would engage young, self‑expressive users and convert them into new shoppers.

TikTok for Business ran a custom Branded Hashtag Challenge (#ZStyleNow) with branded music, a giveaway incentive, plus Brand Takeover and in‑app banner and performance ads that were A/B tested and optimized. The campaign drove nearly 1 million video views, about 62K user engagements, roughly 1.1K user submissions, a 19.75% Brand Takeover CTR, a 2.5x CR gap between creatives, a 54.3% drop in CPC and a 27% reduction in CPI, while boosting app installs and offline event attendance.
