Balenciaga partnered with TikTok for Business to raise awareness with a new audience and to be the first luxury brand on TikTok to test the TopView format. The brief was to break onto the short-form video platform over the Christmas period and drive traffic to its shopping pages across the UK and France (and later Italy).

TikTok for Business ran a shoppable campaign using TopView and Brand Takeover formats that linked directly to Balenciaga’s product pages and reused creative across markets. The campaign achieved 23M+ impressions across the UK, France and Italy, 25M+ video views, an average CTR of ~18% (20.56% in Italy) and more than 4.5M clicks to the landing page.
