Driving app installs with native content and new-user targeting for a Thai FinTech startup company

MONIX, a Thai FinTech startup, wanted to launch an app install campaign to help underbanked users access legal micro-loans and personal loans through its FINNIX app. Using TikTok for Business, the company aimed to reach new audience segments such as street vendors, gig workers, and early-career workers while also educating them about financial literacy.

TikTok for Business supported the campaign with Spark Ads delivered through In-Feed Ads, plus Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) tracking and View-through Attribution to improve measurement and exclude existing users. By optimizing for App Installs, TikTok for Business helped MONIX achieve a CPI that was nearly 82% lower for Android users and 92% lower for iOS 14+ users, showing strong install efficiency and effective native creative.
