McSport, Ireland’s leading independent supplier of sports and fitness equipment, turned to TikTok for Business after the Covid pandemic left them with far too much stock. To clear inventory through their “We messed up” sale, they needed a fast, effective way to generate leads and drive traffic to discounted gym equipment while reaching the right audience in Ireland.

TikTok for Business ran a six-week, full-funnel campaign using a test-and-learn approach with broad, retargeting, lookalike, interest, and auto-targeting, supported by Value Based Optimisation, Collection Ads, Product Catalog, and urgency-driven creative. The campaign reached over 1 million people, generated 130K video views, achieved a 0.09€ CPC, and delivered an 8.75 ROAS, surpassing benchmarks and helping McSport move stock while driving strong revenue.
