Costa Coffee worked with TikTok for Business to showcase its menu in an innovative, audience‑tailored way on TikTok. The challenge was to present Costa’s products as relevant to varied customer lifestyles and create native, bespoke creative that felt part of the platform, using TikTok for Business’ Spark Ads format.
TikTok for Business ran a campaign of 14 native, non‑interruptive Spark Ads developed with AnalogFolk that targeted TikTok subcultures like fitness, animals, singing and luxury. The campaign drove over 42 million impressions at a £1.39 CPM and delivered a 159% follower increase (about 18,000 new fans), improving reach, engagement and brand relevance for Costa Coffee.
