Switzerland Tourism turned to TikTok for Business to deepen its understanding of younger, digitally native audiences in Switzerland and to boost national brand awareness. After six months of building a Business Account and strong organic traction, the DMO sought to expand into paid campaigns to target younger age groups and capture richer audience insights.

With TikTok for Business' Business Account features, creator partnerships and TopView ads—plus content built around its #INeedSwitzerland and #inLOVEwithSWITZERLAND hashtags—Switzerland Tourism ran four seasonal TopView campaigns and continued organic posting. The activity delivered over 700,000 likes, 35.5 million hashtag views, an average engagement of about 6,500 likes per organic video, and TopView campaigns averaged a 20% engagement rate, with several videos going viral.
