Bouygues Telecom, one of France’s leading mobile and internet providers, wanted to build mass brand awareness while promoting its sustainability program for mobile phone repair. The company turned to TikTok for Business to help generate broad exposure for its latest in-store repair offer and strengthen overall brand awareness.

TikTok for Business used TikTok’s Creative Exchange Programme (TTCX) with Sparkle Agency to collaborate with three TikTok creators and produce three In-Feed Ads tailored to different audiences and creative styles. Running the campaign in TikTok Ads Manager with a video views objective, TikTok for Business delivered more than 21.8 million video views, a 370% increase in VTR versus benchmark, a 12.7% lift in awareness, and a 10.2% lift in ad recall.
