BiGDUG, the UK’s leading shelving, racking, and storage specialist, needed to build awareness after shifting its focus from commercial customers to home renovators and DIY enthusiasts during the pandemic. TikTok for Business helped the brand find the right creator to reach this new audience using TikTok Creator Marketplace.

Using TikTok for Business and its Creator Marketplace, BiGDUG partnered with creator @TheP00lGuy to create authentic videos featuring BiGDUG shelves and boxes in his usual trade content. The campaign generated 1.5 million views, 152,900 likes, and a 10.19% engagement rate, driving a strong uplift in TikTok followers and website clicks, and BiGDUG went on to work with the creator four more times.
