Up is a digital bank aiming to help Australians, especially 18–34 year olds, feel more in control of their finances. Facing the challenge of building awareness and brand love for its "Up Year" campaign, Up worked with TikTok for Business to reach people already interested in improving their relationship with money using TikTok Ads Manager and Spark Ads.

Up partnered with creator @TashInvests to produce authentic personal-finance content and used TikTok for Business Spark Ads to amplify that creator-led content across the For You feed. The campaign drove over 1.5 million impressions, 36,000 likes and resulted in 76 app installations, delivering strong end-of-year awareness and engagement metrics.
