Tab for a Cause, a charity-focused browser app that donates to causes and pledged to plant a tree for each new user, needed to attract new users during the holidays and reach a young, tech-savvy audience. They partnered with TikTok for Business and used the TikTok Creator Marketplace (TCM) to find and engage creators who could promote the app authentically.

Using TikTok for Business’s Creator Marketplace, Tab for a Cause searched creator profiles, sent a short brief to 10–20 hand-picked creators, coordinated creative details, and engaged with viewers in comments. The campaign drove 235K total views, 69K likes and a 30.71% average engagement rate, generated a substantial number of new users in the days after posting, delivered a clear positive ROI, and convinced Tab for a Cause to run more TikTok campaigns.
