Nina Ricci turned to TikTok for Business to launch Nina Rose, a new fragrance aimed at a young Spanish audience and needed an engaging way to drive sample requests and leads. The challenge was to reach and convert TikTok users for product sampling without losing momentum off-platform, so they used TikTok for Business’s Lead Generation solution and ran an In-Feed Ad featuring a popular Spanish creator.

TikTok for Business powered a one-day campaign on 8 April 2021 where users could request a free sample via a pre-filled form in-app; the campaign delivered a 41.85% conversion rate, a 1.5% click-through rate, and an 83% reduction in cost per lead versus previous lead-generation efforts.
