As part of its global Salesforce rollout, PwC turned to Tikit and Introhive to tackle the challenge of relationship management, data quality, and the behavioural change needed to get people to adopt new ways of working.

Tikit helped PwC implement Introhive to automatically refresh and organise contact data, surface hidden relationship capital, and provide clearer visibility across its network. The solution was rolled out across more than 100 of PwC’s 157 international territories and used by around 80,000 users, with contact refreshes completed in minutes, stronger adoption through a simpler user experience, and better confidence in the accuracy and relevance of relationship data.
