Gardner Leader Solicitors, a Berkshire-based law firm, wanted to improve how it handled Land Registry work across its offices and make better use of its existing Tikit Partner for Windows (P4W) case management system. Its manual process involved scanning, filing, and sending thousands of documents between P4W and the Land Registry Business Gateway each year, creating a significant administrative burden.
Working closely with Tikit, Gardner Leader tailored P4W to deliver deeper Land Registry integration, including direct access to documents, support for familiar document formats, and electronic document registration service (EDRS) functionality. Tikit’s solution automated document transfer in both directions, reduced errors and missing files, and sent requisition alerts through P4W Task Centre, giving the firm major time and resource savings while freeing staff to focus more on client service.
