The solution drove dramatic results: ICP reduced costs significantly (halving prior-year healthcare costs), generated roughly $19.5 million in shared MSSP savings (16.9% of spend), ranked 3rd of 472 ACOs for shared savings percentage, and now routes over 80,000 messages per month through TigerConnect.
