To address this challenge, UPM partnered with Tietoevry to initiate a joint innovation program aimed at fostering new ideas and driving strategic initiatives.

Tietoevry implemented a collaborative program featuring business foresight sessions and co-creation workshops to explore and develop ideas centered on customer engagement and digital footprint. The solution processed 30 ideas, with the top five concepts being further developed, and a winning idea was selected for implementation. Tietoevry's program successfully bolstered UPM's innovative working culture and delivered valuable concepts directly connected to enhancing customer experience and supporting the company's growth strategy.
