Tietoevry used their Spark Innovation Process to develop a solution in just four months. The approach involved co-creation and rapid prototyping with all users, resulting in a mobile web app for tenants and a separate app for property managers. This new system integrated with Polygon's existing case management tools. The solution was a success, with 100% of tenants reporting it brought value. It reduced the time property managers spent on damage cases by 15%, and Polygon estimated a chance to double their revenue within the segment.
