Tietoevry implemented an agile approach to swiftly develop and launch the my.metso.com platform, an omnichannel solution that provides real-time access to digital services and enables easy ordering of parts. The solution, rolled out globally, made work more efficient for users, strengthened customer loyalty, and increased efficiency and sales for Metso. The first distributors were onboarded just six months after development began.
