Metsä Wood chose to visualise the Kerto LVL ecosystem with an immersive experience

Metsä Wood, a provider of competitive and environmentally friendly wood products, wanted a scalable way to showcase the benefits of its Kerto LVL product ecosystem to potential international partners. A traditional marketing video was insufficient, and in-person tours were not a practical or scalable solution for their growing number of business cases. They partnered with Tietoevry to address this challenge.

The solution implemented by Tietoevry was a 360-degree virtual reality tour of the entire Kerto LVL ecosystem, from the mill to a finished constructed house. This immersive experience, built by Tietoevry's Enhanced Reality Lab, visually demonstrated the product's journey and benefits in a versatile and engaging twenty-minute format. The result was a highly effective and scalable sales tool that provided genuine business advantages, successfully boosting international sales by allowing potential partners to explore the ecosystem in detail without the need for travel.
