Intersport, one of the world's leading sporting goods retailers, wanted to create a best-in-brand e-commerce experience to drive online sales in Sweden. Their challenge was unifying product, stock, and warehouse data stored across various disparate systems to present a single, cohesive product view to customers. They partnered with vendor Tietoevry to address this.

Tietoevry implemented a solution using their Findwise i3 framework alongside Elasticsearch to create an information hub that accessed and unified data from all of Intersport's different sources. This search-driven platform became the foundation for the site's menu, product listings, and search function, enabling real-time data presentation and product recommendations. As a result, Intersport won Sweden's best e-com site 2018 and achieved a world-class, seamless shopping experience that increased sales through promoted products.
