Helsinki University Hospital (HUS), Finland's largest healthcare provider, was facing a challenge at its New Children's Hospital. Tietoevry developed a generative AI pilot application using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search services, specifically the GPT 4.0 Turbo model, to optimize information retrieval. The solution, built on HUS's own data lake, streamlined the search process, saving clinicians substantial time and freeing them up for patient interaction.
