Tietoevry's solution fully digitalized the payment process, enabling real-time updates and a more even distribution of work. This resulted in improved productivity with the same number of resources, allowing the team to handle an increased volume of applications without an increase in rush. The digital system also introduced new flexibility, including the possibility for remote work and an improved ability to manage workflow peaks.
