Case Study: Speed Skaterz streamlines club operations with TidyHQ

Speed Skaterz streamlines 22 membership tiers with TidyHQ

Speed Skaterz, a volunteer-run speed skating club, faced the challenge of managing its complex operations across multiple spreadsheets and disconnected tools. This inefficient system, combined with frequent committee turnover, risked the loss of vital institutional knowledge and membership records for the 40-year-old club. They turned to TidyHQ for a comprehensive club management solution.

By implementing TidyHQ, the club consolidated its 22 membership tiers, event scheduling, merchandise sales, and governance documents onto a single platform. The solution from TidyHQ eliminated data loss during committee changes, automated financial processes, and integrated the club into a larger network. This allowed the volunteer committee to focus on athlete development, which has included producing a World Champion.
