A TidyHQ Case Study

Preview of the East Andersonville Residents' Council Case Study

Just north of Chicago city the East Anderson residents are running things smoothly with TidyHQ

East Andersonville Residents' Council (EARC), a Chicago neighbourhood council, needed a better way to coordinate several volunteer-led operations at once, including memberships, a newsletter and website, safety liaison work, four annual events, and community garden programs. With limited volunteer capacity, they were looking for a simple platform that could support these different functions without adding complexity, and they chose TidyHQ.

TidyHQ centralized EARC’s memberships, event registrations, communications, web pages, and committee coordination in one platform. As a result, the membership manager can now handle renewals, welcome new residents, and keep communications organized without switching tools, while the volunteer team has a central hub for community organizing. TidyHQ helped the organization run all five operational streams from a single system and support more than four annual events more efficiently.
