Case Study: Byford Bushrangers Inc. streamlines club management with TidyHQ

Byford Bushrangers Inc manages 2,717 contacts with TidyHQ

Byford Bushrangers Inc., a state championship-winning diamond sports club, faced the challenge of managing a large volume of seasonal registrations, event coordination, and communications for its 2,717 members on a limited volunteer committee. The club needed a solution to handle its complex administrative tasks efficiently.

TidyHQ provided a comprehensive membership and club management solution, centralizing operations like registrations, event scheduling, and file storage onto a single platform. This allowed the club's volunteers to focus on members instead of admin, preserving over a decade of operational history and supporting the club through multiple state championship wins.
