Procosmet is an Italian ecommerce beauty brand that needed a faster, simpler way to manage customer service and order changes. Procosmet turned to Tidio, using live chat, chatbots, and analytics, along with Flows and Plus features.
With Tidio, Procosmet automated greetings, FAQs, lead capture, and newsletter sign-ups, while also handling order actions directly from the chat window. The results were strong: sales increased by 23%, lead generation grew 500% to more than 100 leads per month, and conversions rose by 27%.
