How Wicklewood’s Team of Two Used Tidio to Compete with Ikea

Wicklewood, a UK-based online home decor store run by Rosie and Caroline, faced the challenge of competing with giants like IKEA while moving entirely online and still offering the personalized in-store design advice customers needed.
