How I Made $23.000 in High Ticket Sales After (Almost) Going Bankrupt

HB, an eCommerce store run by Alexis Varsat selling premium air purifiers, launched in March 2020 but struggled to build trust and close high-ticket sales during the COVID-19 crisis. With monthly revenue stuck at $2–3k and the business close to shutting down, HB turned to Tidio, installing Tidio live chat in April 2020 and exploring Tidio’s chatbot resources to address customers’ hesitation and speed up responses.

Using Tidio’s live chat and pre-built templates, HB quickly deployed four custom chatbots (welcome, product-page callback, contact-page helper, and returning-visitor discount) and used Tidio’s knowledge base to refine triggers. The result: a roughly 10x increase in revenue—rising from under $3k in June to about $23,000 in July—with sustained momentum into August (more than $16k in 22 days), plus improvements in sessions, orders, average order value, conversion rate and returning-customer rate thanks to Tidio.
