Phare Circus, a social enterprise and Siem Reap performance troupe, needed a faster, more traveler-friendly way to handle bookings because many independent tourists don’t use local SIMs and prefer messaging over phone calls. Using Tidio’s live chat and Messenger integration, Phare Circus automated offline replies, collected emails via a pre-chat form, and monitored live visitors from a phone app; this drove measurable results — a 30% increase in ticket bookings, 101 leads acquired through Messenger (100+ leads by August 2020) and over 2,267 conversations by May 2020 — improving response times and lead generation while replacing much of their phone-based booking.
