Idemia, a leader in biometrics and cryptography, sought to optimize its underutilized car park of over 40 spots. With no existing booking system and challenges managing tandem parking spaces, the company partnered with Tidaro to improve capacity utilization and facilitate communication between employees.

Using Tidaro's workplace booking system, Idemia was able to distribute parking spots equally among employees, significantly improving space utilization. The solution resulted in 219 registered users efficiently sharing 69 spots and led to high employee satisfaction. Idemia reported that Tidaro was easy to manage and provided excellent reporting and support.
