Clarins USA wanted to scale influencer marketing for seasonal beauty campaigns without adding headcount or overwhelming its team. Working with Tidal Labs and its ContentMetric platform, Clarins needed a more efficient way to find influencers, manage communication, fulfill products, review content, and report results for its #worththewrinkle and related campaigns.
Tidal Labs automated much of the influencer workflow, reducing manual handoffs and making it easier for Clarins to run large, just-in-time campaigns. As a result, hand interactions per influencer dropped from 1.2 to 0.75, and the time and effort spent by marketing managers for each earned engagement fell by a factor of 4 in the first 8 weeks. Clarins also generated more than 1,400 original images and hundreds of high-quality posts for reuse across owned channels.
