189 Public House, opened by restaurateur Clark Crook in July 2014, is a two-level, 200-capacity “theater in the round” concert venue and whiskey emporium. To turn the space into a regular stop on national tours Clark needed advance ticketing, a way to grow an audience and promote shows, and a reliable, efficient check-in process to handle frequent weekly events.
