By partnering with TIBCO LABS and using the TIBCO Connected Intelligence Platform and Spotfire process‑mining tools, HULA unified structured and unstructured records, visualized end‑to‑end patient journeys, and discovered common patterns and bottlenecks. The solution delivered early‑warning alerts, helped enforce clinical protocols, sped up diagnoses and treatment, lowered costs (early cancer treatment can be up to five times less expensive, sometimes nearly $40,000 cheaper), and improved both patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
