Its End-to-end (E2e) team struggled to monitor order provisioning across many sales channels and six–seven interacting IT systems, relying on static reports and manual Excel manipulation that made it effectively impossible to view the full order lifecycle or pinpoint performance problems.
TeliaSonera adopted TIBCO Spotfire enterprise analytics, quickly rolling out a proof of concept with minimal training and no custom development. By consolidating data from website, CRM and delivery systems into interactive visual reports, the team can now analyze performance in real time, drill down to root causes, and deliver actionable monthly reports to management. The result is clearer visibility into fulfillment and installation delays, new management objectives tied to Spotfire analyses, and plans to expand the tool’s use across services and geographies to improve service quality.
