Visual Intelligence (VI) is a data-science firm that helps clients across industries turn big, unstructured data into actionable insight. Faced with massive volumes of social media chatter and limited text-analytics options that couldn’t produce meaningful, verifiable results for clients, VI needed a faster way to measure social media impact and surface the root causes behind sentiment, intent and brand reputation.
VI built SocialView, a Spotfire-based web service that combines OpenAmplify’s NLP with TIBCO Spotfire’s visual analytics to categorize, filter and visualize social conversations in real time. The dashboard delivers brand, loyalty and influencer metrics that users can explore themselves, enabling minutes‑not‑weeks analysis, more accurate social ROI measurement, faster campaign optimization, and clearer guidance for product and marketing decisions.
