Telkomsel, Indonesia’s largest mobile operator with over 168 million customers, needed a scalable, agile architecture to deliver relevant, omnichannel mobile products for a digital‑savvy subscriber base and to keep up with rapidly growing transaction volumes.

Telkomsel implemented TIBCO Cloud Mashery, TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition, and TIBCO Fulfillment Order Management to build a cloud‑ready, API‑driven digital core and in‑memory offer engine. The platform enabled reusable APIs and microservices, launched new capabilities in about 10 months, and delivered up to 30,000 transactions per second, 30–40% fewer channel‑specific products, and a 2–3× improvement in time to market.
