Parkland Fuel Corporation, a rapidly growing supplier of fuel and convenience-store offerings across Canada, the US, and the Caribbean with roughly 1,850 retail stations, faced fragmented station data across multiple systems that hindered its push to become data-driven and deliver personalized customer experiences while meeting security and transparency requirements.

Parkland deployed TIBCO EBX master data management on AWS (Amazon Aurora and S3) to create a governed single source of truth, capture about 350 attributes per location, and enforce role-based access and automated approval workflows. The centralized MDM improved data accuracy, accessibility, and delivery speed, streamlined operations and decision-making, and set the stage for integrating additional systems to further drive personalized offers and growth.
