ON24, a cloud-based webinar marketing platform, needed a simpler way to deliver event data (registrations, interactions and analytics) into customers’ CRM and marketing-automation systems. Manual exports and raw API feeds were too slow and hard to manage, and initial in-house integration attempts proved time-consuming and expensive, jeopardizing ON24’s goals of immediate connectivity to leading CRM/MA apps, fast deployments, and profitable integrations.
ON24 adopted TIBCO Cloud Integration and leveraged its prebuilt connectors to eliminate much of the custom coding and maintenance burden. The change delivered dramatic results: a 96% reduction in development effort, roughly 84% cost savings, an estimated $4M saved over five years, and 11 integrations launched in under a year (versus an estimated four years without the platform), while improving customer access to event analytics and strengthening ON24’s market differentiation.
