MultiView, a digital publishing and B2B marketing company, faced slow, manual workflows as its sales team hunted for prospect and inventory data across multiple systems. While consolidating three Microsoft Dynamics CRM instances into a single Dynamics 365 for Sales, the company needed real-time inventory from Microsoft Dynamics AX and visibility into marketing activity, but its home-grown legacy middleware limited integration and automation.

MultiView deployed TIBCO Cloud Integration to connect Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, marketing platforms and legacy systems using prebuilt connectors and a code-free interface that allowed in-house development. The migration moved 1.5 TB of data over a weekend, delivered real-time inventory and a single view of customer activity, cut network traffic by about 50%, enabled legacy decommissioning, and produced significant time and cost savings.
